1. Purpose
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) define the rights and obligations of Parawell and its customers in connection with the online sale of parapharmacy and wellness products made from natural ingredients, including products containing CBD.
Any order placed via the website, WhatsApp, or social media implies full and complete acceptance of these GTC.
2. Products
The products offered comply with current Moroccan regulations.
All CBD-based products marketed by Parawell have the necessary authorizations issued by the ANRAC (Agence Nationale de Réglementation des Activités Cannabiques).
Photographs, texts, and descriptions are provided for informational purposes. Despite the care taken, minor variations may exist.
3. Age requirements (18+)
The sale of products containing CBD is strictly reserved for persons aged 18 and over.
By confirming an order, the customer certifies that they are of legal age and have full legal capacity to purchase these products.
Parawell reserves the right to cancel any order in case of doubt about the age of the purchaser.
4. Prices
Prices are quoted in Moroccan dirhams (MAD).
They include all applicable taxes but exclude any delivery costs.
Parawell reserves the right to change its prices at any time. Products are invoiced at the price in effect at the time the order is placed.

All orders imply acceptance of these T&Cs and validation of the terms and conditions of sale.
6. Availability and stock shortages
Products are offered while stocks last.
In the event of a stock shortage after the order has been confirmed, the customer will be informed promptly and may choose between:
Waiting for the product to be restocked,
Accepting an equivalent replacement product,
Canceling their order at no cost and obtaining a refund (if a deposit has been paid).
7. Payment
Payment is made exclusively upon delivery.
Payment is made in cash to the delivery person.
No online payment is requested or recorded on the website.
8. Delivery
Approximate delivery times:
Agadir and major cities: 24 to 48 hours
Other regions: 2 to 5 business days
Parawell cannot be held responsible for delays caused by carriers, force majeure, or incomplete delivery information.
9. Returns and refunds
The customer has 7 days after receipt to request a return or exchange.
Products must be new, unopened, unused, and in their original sealed packaging.
Returns are not accepted for:
Opened or used products,
Products related to direct consumption (food supplements, herbal teas, oils that have already been opened).
If the return is approved, a refund or exchange will be made.
10. Liability
Parawell products comply with Moroccan law.
Customers are responsible for using the products correctly and must follow the recommendations.
Parawell cannot be held liable in the event of misuse or consumption contrary to the instructions.
In case of medical doubt, the customer is invited to consult their doctor or Dr. Zakaria for personalized follow-up.
11. Personal data
The information collected (name, telephone number, address, email address) is used solely for order management and customer relations.
Parawell undertakes never to sell or share this data with third parties.

12. Legality of CBD products
All products containing CBD comply with Moroccan law.
The THC content is strictly below the legal limits.
Each product has been authorized by ANRAC.
13. Force majeure
Parawell cannot be held liable for any failure or delay due to events beyond its control (strikes, natural disasters, supply shortages, government restrictions, etc.).
14. Applicable law and disputes
These T&Cs are governed by Moroccan law.
In the event of a dispute, the parties will endeavor to find an amicable solution.
